🌿 Hedges & Bushes Landscape Company – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Scope of Work

  • All quotes are based on the services specifically outlined. Any additional services or changes to scope must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.

  • Estimates are provided based on the current condition of your property. Significant differences in conditions at the time of service may require a price adjustment.

2. Scheduling & Weather

  • Services are weather-dependent. Appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to inclement weather (rain, storms, extreme temperatures, etc.).

  • The company will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of schedule changes and reschedule as soon as possible.

3. Access to Property

  • The client is responsible for ensuring that service areas are accessible at the scheduled time.

  • Gates must be unlocked, pets secured, and personal items, debris, or obstacles removed prior to service.

  • If access is not available, the company reserves the right to reschedule and a trip fee may apply.

4. Debris Removal

  • Standard debris removal is included for trimming, edging, and pruning services unless otherwise noted in the quote.

  • Large debris (e.g., tree trunks, excessive overgrowth, hazardous materials) may require additional fees.

5. Payments & Invoices

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and electronic transfer.

  • A late fee may be applied to balances not paid within 7 days of invoice.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service.

7. Liability & Property Conditions

  • Hedges & Bushes Landscape Company is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation, or hidden obstacles not disclosed by the client prior to service.

  • The company is not responsible for damage to property due to pre-existing conditions (rotting wood, loose fencing, unstable plants, etc.).

  • Services are provided with care, but natural variations in plant growth, regrowth rates, and plant health are not guaranteed.

8. Safety & Compliance

  • The company reserves the right to decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe (aggressive animals, hazardous materials, unsafe terrain, etc.).

  • Services are performed in compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices.

9. Quotes & Pricing Validity

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Seasonal specials or promotional offers may have separate expiration dates and conditions.

10. Customer Satisfaction & Feedback

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the concern.

  • Feedback may be used to improve service quality and may be requested via follow-up surveys or review requests.

11. Agreement
By approving a quote, scheduling an appointment, or receiving services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
