Refund Policy

Effective date: July 04, 2025

Deposits & Payments

  • A $25 deposit is required once your appointment is confirmed (applied to your final invoice).

  • Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise stated on your quote or invoice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations/no-shows may incur a $50 fee.

  • Weather delays: we will reschedule to the next available window at no extra charge.

Prepaid Specials (e.g., Holiday Lights + Hedge & Bush Trimming – $250)

  • Refundable if canceled ≥72 hours before the reserved window.

  • Cancellations <72 hours convert to a service credit valid for 12 months.

Refund Eligibility

We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, contact us within 3 calendar days so we can inspect and address it. Our remedies may include:

  1. a return visit to correct the issue;

  2. a partial refund or credit reflecting the portion of work not performed; or

  3. a full refund if no service was delivered and you qualify under the timelines above.

Non-Refundable/Adjustments

  • Government/permit/disposal fees already incurred.

  • Additional work you approved via change order that was completed.

  • Credit card processing fees may be excluded from refunds where permitted.

How to Request a Refund

Email management@hedgesandbushes.com with your name, address, invoice/quote number, and description. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: This policy does not limit your statutory rights under Ohio law.
