Refund Policy

Deposits & Payments

A $25 deposit is required once your appointment is confirmed (applied to your final invoice).

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise stated on your quote or invoice.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations/no-shows may incur a $50 fee.

Weather delays: we will reschedule to the next available window at no extra charge.
Prepaid Specials (e.g., Holiday Lights + Hedge & Bush Trimming – $250)

Refundable if canceled ≥72 hours before the reserved window.

Cancellations <72 hours convert to a service credit valid for 12 months.
Refund Eligibility
We stand behind our work. If something isn’t right, contact us within 3 calendar days so we can inspect and address it. Our remedies may include:

a return visit to correct the issue;

a partial refund or credit reflecting the portion of work not performed; or
-
a full refund if no service was delivered and you qualify under the timelines above.
Non-Refundable/Adjustments

Government/permit/disposal fees already incurred.

Additional work you approved via change order that was completed.

Credit card processing fees may be excluded from refunds where permitted.
How to Request a Refund
Email management@hedgesandbushes.com with your name, address, invoice/quote number, and description. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: This policy does not limit your statutory rights under Ohio law.
